For better purification, the tubule-containing catalyst was treated by H F (40%) over 72 hours. The resulting extract was purer than that obtained after US treatment. CONCLUSIONS In this study we have shown that the catalytic method-carbon deposition during hydrocarbons conversion-can be widely used for nanotubule production methods.
